How to Report Bugs, Request Features, and Provide Feedback


There are three channels for users to get in touch. Our team reads through all the comments and track everything. These channels are Slack, in app feedback, and productboard.


Slack

You most likely already have a Slack Connect channel with us, our team monitors this continuously and will often bump each other to triage internally. This is the fastest way to get in touch with us making it suited for urgent communications or complex discussions.


In-app Feedback

You can also submit feedback in the Ducky Chrome Extension directly. This channel is suited for detailed-oriented feedback around tickets, references, and replies. When submitting feedback this way, Ducky will track metadata, making it easy for us to track down inaccuracies and reproduce issues or bugs.


Productboard

Ducky has a publicity available roadmap. You can check out our upcoming features, prioritize the ones that are important to you, and even submit new feature ideas. This channel is suited for new feature requests that are not time urgent.
